Yes, the spine doesn’t bother the brain for flexibility problems. If there is a blockage somewhere it won’t go away until the spine says so.

Stretching alone can be counterproductive. This session is designed to first unlock the part of the body that keeps you from freedom of movement: the spine.

The sedentary life has weakened your flexibility and sitting caused 3 key muscles to shorten and not function as nature intended to. We will reverse this process.

Why my way of reconnecting with your natural flexibility works.
