Before Coffee, Do This.

A simple morning ritual for the days you don’t want to get up.


Hello, my wonderful Adult Ballerina!

Not every day begins with energy.
Some mornings I lie in bed and think:
“Do I have to show up again today?”

But then I do this.

Just 60 seconds.
Before coffee, before scrolling, before pressure kicks in:

 

  • Place one hand on your belly. One on your chest.
  • Inhale slowly for 4… hold for 4… exhale for 6.
  • Roll your shoulders. Stretch your neck.
  • Ask your body: What do you need today?
  • Let the answer be enough.

 

That’s it.
That’s the start of a graceful day.

You don’t need a full workout to feel like yourself again.
Sometimes, all it takes is one deep breath and a soft return to your body.

Try it tomorrow. Or now.
And tell me if it shifts something inside.
